Fringe: If fringe becomes tangled or needs straightening - use a wide toothed comb to gently comb the fibers. Do not comb woolen basket #009, simply straighten with fingers.

Cleaning: Dust or wipe with a dry cloth to eliminate dirt and dust or use a lint roller. Spot clean when necessary - but take care not to disrupt the weave of the fibers.

Planters and Vessels: It is recommended that a plastic or glass liner is used when planting or using vessels with water in order to protect the woven portions of the piece.

Vases: May be used to hold water, but care should be taken not to damage fiber areas.
